Associate Clinicians’ Accepted Insurance & Fees

Our Associate Therapists take private pay clients at a lower fee which range from $120-$150, and are able to provide “Superbills” for those who have out of network insurance coverage.

Licensed Clinician Accepted Insurance & Fees

Larissa is approved provider for the following insurance companies:

  • Cigna/Evernorth
  • Partnership/Beacon Health Strategies/Carelon
  • Optum
  • Medicare

Our Licensed Clinicians also take private pay clients with fees ranging from $140-$160 and are able to provide “Superbills” for those who have out of network insurance coverage.

Payment Options

We have the capacity to accept your payment from all major credit cards, checks and/or HSA/HRA accounts. Payment is due at the time of service.
